Monthly subscription
14 days no-questions refund from the first paid month. Email support@guidancegate.com and we refund within 5 working days. You do not have to give a reason.
Annual subscription
30 days no-questions refund from the date the annual subscription starts. Same process — email support, refund in 5 working days.
After the refund window
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months or years after the refund window has passed.
How to request a refund
Email support@guidancegate.com from the address on your account. Refund goes back to your original payment method.
