These Terms govern your use of guidancegate.com and the GuidanceGate Platform. By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to them.
The service
GuidanceGate provides a coaching, training and software platform for coaches, tutors and consultants. We do our best to keep the service available and improving, but we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything done from your account. One account per person — please don’t share logins.
Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price listed at sign-up.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access until it’s resolved.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid month if you haven’t used the service substantively. After that, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, harm other users, infringe copyright, or send spam. We can suspend accounts that do.
Content
You keep ownership of anything you create or upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service. We own the platform, the training material and the brand.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is capped at what you’ve paid us in the previous 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, lost data, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for things the law doesn’t allow us to exclude.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
