Who we are

GuidanceGate Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. Contact: contact@guidancegate.com.

What we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, and any business details you give us when registering.
  • Billing data — subscription, payment status and billing history. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and basic device information, used to improve the product.
  • Communications — anything you send us by email, form, chat or call.

Why we use it

  • To run your account and deliver the services you signed up for.
  • To take payment and meet our tax / accounting obligations.
  • To send service emails (billing, security, important changes).
  • To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the product based on aggregate usage.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), our hosting provider, and our customer-support tools. Each is bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, plus as long as we need for legal, tax and accounting reasons (normally up to seven years for financial records).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain uses. Email contact@guidancegate.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use a small set of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember settings. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.
