Acceptable Use Policy

The platform is for coaches building their own business. Use it for that. Do not use it for any of the following.

• Deceiving, harming or harassing any person.
• Anything illegal in the United Kingdom or in the jurisdiction where you operate.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email through the platform’s email tools.
• Hosting adult, gambling, or get-rich-quick content.
• Impersonating GuidanceGate or any other person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the platform’s code or models beyond what is exposed to your account.
• Using AI conversations to generate content that would not be acceptable if you wrote it yourself.

If we believe you have broken this policy, we will email you to discuss it. If it is serious or repeated, we will suspend your account and refund any unused subscription time.
