What we collect
We collect the things we need to run your account and deliver the programme:
- Your name and email address (to log you in and contact you).
- Your payment details, handled directly by Stripe — we never see your full card number, only the last four digits.
- Your business name, audience, offer and other business profile fields you fill in.
- The content you generate on the platform — pages, posts, brand decisions, project notes, chat history with your AI partner.
- Basic usage analytics so we can keep the platform working — which pages you visit, when, how long the page takes to load.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you paid for, to keep the platform working, and to email you about your account. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models without your explicit permission.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — to process payments.
- Amazon Web Services — to host the platform and deliver email (via Amazon SES).
- Anthropic — to power the AI conversations you have inside your account.
- Google — if you use Google Workspace integrations (calendar, drive) we connect on your behalf.
That is the complete list. We do not share with anyone else without your explicit consent.
Where your data lives
UK and EU data centres by default. If a service we use processes data outside the UK/EU, it uses Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Email support@guidancegate.com with what you need. We will action it within 30 days — usually much faster.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the platform.
