What you are buying

You are buying a subscription to the GuidanceGate Business Platform — a software platform plus a 60-day coaching programme run by Sam Gardner and the GuidanceGate team. The subscription includes access to the platform, the 60-day programme, and an ongoing AI business partner that lives in your account.

Subscription, billing, cancellation

Subscriptions run monthly (£97/month) or annually (£970/year). All payments are in GBP, processed by Stripe. We occasionally offer time-limited free trials via coupon codes at our discretion (typically given on a sales call). Outside of those, the subscription starts the day you check out, with a 14-day no-questions refund on monthly and 30 days on annual (see Refund Policy).

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

What we provide

We will keep the platform online and supported during your subscription. We will deliver the 60-day programme as described in your welcome pack. We aim to reply to support emails within 24 hours, Monday–Friday UK time.

What we do not provide

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. The platform is a tool; the work is yours. We are not your accountant, lawyer or therapist — get those from people with the right qualifications.

Your data

You own your data. We host it for you while you are a customer. You can export it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to deceive, harm or harass anyone. Do not use it for anything illegal. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: 14 days no-questions on monthly, 30 days on annual.

Disputes

If something is wrong, email support@guidancegate.com first. We will work with you in good faith. If we cannot resolve it, English law and the courts of England and Wales apply.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
